Gambia senior national team, the Scorpions, will welcome Angola in the first-leg fixture of the 2022 World Cup preliminary qualifier on 6 September, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau at 5pm.
Coach Tom Sainfiet and his charges will use the upcoming weeks to prepare themselves fit for the crunch clash.
They will strive to win Angola heavily in the first-leg in Banjul to stand a better chance of reaching the next round of the qualifiers after failing to make it to the 2018 World Cup hosted in Russia, following their 2-1 defeat to Namibia in the preliminaries.
Gambia drew 1-1 with Angola in an international friendly match played in Luanda in 2010.
